The Align Pastor’s Workshop is a five hour (including lunch) workshop designed to introduce a pastor, staff and small leadership team to the Align Framework and how to begin applying it into their church’s ministry setting.

    Session 4  --  Next Steps; How can you apply the Align Framework to your church’s ministry setting.

--  An understanding of the seven elements of the Align Framework and how to apply them in your church.
