The Align Weekend

The Align Weekend is designed for churches who desire to be more effective in accomplishing God’s missional purposes. Through a spiritual discovery process the church leadership explores key questions that assess the missional effectiveness and alignment of the seven critical elements of the Align Framework present in their church. The church leadership will then design an implementation plan that will bring those seven elements into alignment resulting in greater missional effectiveness.

Following the Align Weekend your Align coach/consultant will be available to coach and walk with you and your leadership as you implement the “next steps” you design throughout the weekend.

A typical Align Weekend for Your Church
   Friday Evening 6:30 – 9:00 PM
                                                                                Session 1 – The American Culture and the Church
                                                                                Session 2 – The Missional Church
                                                                            
                                                                          Saturday 8:30 AM – 3 PM
                                                                                Session 3 – The Align Framework
                                                                                Session 4 – Applying the Align Framework in Your Context
                                                                                Session 5 – Designing Your Next Steps

Through an Align Weekend your church leadership will…

• Gain an understanding of the state of our culture and how it affects your church.
• Gain a biblical perspective of a missional church and the principles it embraces.
• Develop an understanding of how your church functions in relationship to missionality.
• Gain an understanding of the seven elements of the Align Framework and how to apply them in your context.
• Gain insight into blockages that are hindering your church from getting the results God desires and you are looking for.
• Design the “next steps” for you and your church to take in aligning with the missional heart of God.
